MONDAY, JAN. 23, HAMILTON-GIBSON'S WINTER THEATRE ARTS CAMP WILL OPEN IN THE AUDITORIUM ADJACENT TO THE CLARK WOOD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AT 110 ADDISON HILL ROAD IN ELKLAND.  THE TWO-WEEK CAMP WILL BE HELD EVERY DAY AFTER SCHOOL THROUGH THURSDAY, FEB. 2 AND FROM 9 A.M. TO NOON ON SATURDAY, JAN. 28.
THIS CAMP IS FREE OF CHARGE TO STUDENTS LIVING IN THE NORTHERN TIOGA SCHOOL DISTRICT AREA DUE TO A GRANT PROVIDED BY THE DEERFIELD CHARITABLE TRUST, SPONSOR OF THIS CAMP.

THE NESSMUK ROD AND GUN CLUB, THREE MILES SOUTH OF WELLSBORO, IS A HOST SITE FOR PHASE II OF THE NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION'S BASICS OF PISTOL SHOOTING COURSE. THE TWO-PHASE COURSE IS FOR FIRST-TIME AND NOVICE PISTOL OWNERS WHO WANT TO LEARN HOW TO SAFELY SHOOT AND STORE A PISTOL AND FOR PROS THAT WANT TO BRUSH UP ON THEIR SKILLS.
